Wuxi Vannevel Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in April 2006 with a registered capital of 59.4 million yuan and a total capital of 200 million yuan. It was jointly invested and established by Cummins (China) Investment Co., Ltd. and Wuxi Power Engineering Co., Ltd. The company is located at No. 26, Ximei Road, Wuxi National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, on the shore of Taihu Lake, adjacent to Sunan Shuofang International Airport and the exit of Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway, with a total area of over 20,000 square meters.

Cummins Tianyuan (Hebei) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter: Cummins Tianyuan) was established in October 2011. The company is a Sino-foreign joint venture established by Cummins and Tianyuan Technology with a share ratio of 50:50.Its main business is the cooperative development of remote control solutions for automotive and off-highway engines.
